Registration is open!

Register now for our Youth Flag Football League! Players will learn teamwork, sportsmanship, and football fundamentals in a safe, non-contact environment. All participants must complete the required waiver during registration. Payment is due upon completing the registration form, and you may pay in full $125 or submit a $50 deposit to secure your child’s spot.

If your child has a health condition that requires the use of an inhaler, they must have their inhaler with them at all times during practices and games.

Our league depends on the support of dedicated parents who want to make a positive impact. Whether you can help with coaching, team organization, game-day assistance, or equipment setup, your involvement makes a difference. No experience required—just a willingness to support our players and create a fun, safe season. All parent volunteers must complete and pass a mandatory background check to be considered.

Orientation
Day one is our orientation day and does not count toward the season. Players and parents will meet their coaches, learn the rules and expectations, receive team jerseys, and get ready for the season ahead.

Player Safety
We provide a safe, non-contact environment with required safety gear, trained coaches, and strict weather protocols.

Code of Conduct
Players, parents, and coaches must demonstrate respect and sportsmanship. Bullying, harassment, and aggressive behavior are not tolerated.

Registration & Payments
Registration is complete once the form and payment are submitted. Families may pay in full or with a $50 deposit. Refunds are limited once the season begins.

Attendance
Players are expected to attend practices and games. Notify coaches of absences.

Volunteers
Parent volunteers are welcome. All volunteers must pass a mandatory background check.

Waiver
A signed participation and liability waiver is required for all players.

Policies

Cancellations
Midwest Y.A.C provides seven full weeks of flag football. We do not offer make-up games. Games will continue as scheduled in most weather, so please be sure your child is dressed appropriately. If thunder or lightning is detected in the area at game time, that game will be canceled and play will continue the following week.

Media Policy
Parents may opt in or out of photo and video use during registration.

Communication
Updates will be shared via email, text, and website announcements. Keep contact info current.

Game & Practice Rules
Arrive on time, follow field rules, and keep spectators in designated areas. Weather may impact schedules.

Equipment
The league provides jerseys and flags. Players must bring cleats (no metal), mouthguards, and water.

Privacy
Personal information is used only for league operations and never shared or sold.
